CLEAR SPRING FIRE AND RESCUE is dedicated to safeguarding the Five Forks Area in Southeastern Greenville County, South Carolina. Established in March 1981 by Greenville County, initially as the East Simpsonville Fire Department, the organization rebranded as CLEAR SPRING FIRE & RESCUE on July 1, 2004, reflecting its expanded capabilities and commitment to the community.

Operating across a 22-square-mile district with an estimated population of 21,000, CLEAR SPRING FIRE AND RESCUE is a combination department consisting of approximately 45 personnel. This includes a Chief, Fire Marshal / Training Officer, career personnel, part-time staff, and dedicated volunteers. These individuals are strategically positioned across two fire stations within the district, ensuring rapid response and comprehensive coverage.

CLEAR SPRING FIRE AND RESCUE addresses over 1000 service requests each year, demonstrating their unwavering dedication to public safety.
