Vancouver Coastal Association of Family Councils

The Vancouver Coastal Association of Family Councils (VCAFC) is dedicated to enhancing care and improving the quality of life for residents in long-term care facilities. Representing member Family Councils from long-term care homes throughout the Vancouver Coastal Health Authority (VCH), the Vancouver Coastal Association of Family Councils serves as a vital platform for addressing common issues, finding solutions, and sharing concerns with VCH Health Authority LTC representatives.

Located in Vancouver, BC, Vancouver Coastal Association of Family Councils focuses on resident advocacy and is comprised of families and friends of residents, all with lived experience in long-term care. The organization provides a forum for networking Family Councils, discussing issues, and elevating resident and family voices.
