AIPPI

AIPPI, the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property, is a distinguished non-profit organization with a rich history dating back to 1897. Headquartered in Zürich, Zurich, at Tödistrasse 16, 8002, CH, AIPPI serves a global membership of approximately 8,000 individuals across more than 110 countries.

AIPPI's membership encompasses a diverse range of professionals, including lawyers, attorneys, and agents specializing in all facets of intellectual property within both corporate and private sectors worldwide. Academics, judges, government officials, and other stakeholders with an interest in intellectual property also contribute to AIPPI's vibrant community. Organized into 68 National and 2 Regional Groups, AIPPI fosters collaboration and knowledge sharing among its members. In countries without established groups, individuals can participate as Independent Members.

With its long-standing reputation, AIPPI plays a crucial role in advancing intellectual property rights globally. The organization is highly regarded by governments and international bodies such as the World Intellectual Property Organization and the World Trade Organization.
