Scarlet

Scarlet is dedicated to empowering universities through the provision of free menstrual care across campuses. Based in Hong Kong, Scarlet is a student-led initiative committed to fostering equal access and dignity for all. The organization is actively engaged in conversations to install pad dispensers in numerous locations on the HKU campus, with support from CEDARS and LUÜNA.

Through education and advocacy, Scarlet partners with institutions and commercial entities to install and maintain free period product dispensers in campus bathrooms. Scarlet's vision is to establish a new standard where period equity is an integral part of campus infrastructure. Located in Hong Kong, HK, Scarlet is working diligently to bring this vision to life.
