Queensland Library Foundation

Queensland Library Foundation is dedicated to fostering knowledge, storytelling, and creativity, helping the State Library of Queensland connect with and inspire people. As the fundraising and sponsorship arm of the State Library, Queensland Library Foundation links passion and values with significant collections and projects.

Queensland Library Foundation operates as a not-for-profit company, registered under the Corporations Act 2001, and holds DGR status 1 and 4. Donations greatly assist the State Library in preserving Queensland's rich cultural heritage, ensuring that our shared history remains accessible for generations to come. Contributions support essential initiatives such as acquiring rare books, photographs, oral histories, maps, artworks, and music, as well as facilitating literacy development programs and access to new technologies.

Located at Stanley Place, South Brisbane, QLD 4101, AU, Queensland Library Foundation plays a vital role in enabling free access to creative programs across art, science, technology, and enterprise.
