Caritas Lebanon is a distinguished organization dedicated to serving the most vulnerable populations throughout Lebanon without discrimination. Founded in 1972 and officially authorized in 1976, Caritas Lebanon has expanded its mission from initial humanitarian assistance to encompass a wide array of critical services. These include medical and social support, socio-pastoral care, assistance to refugees and migrants, emergency intervention, reconstruction, rehabilitation, and comprehensive economic development initiatives.

Operating from its primary address at Dr. Youssef Hajjar Street, Sin El Fil, Mont-Liban, Lebanon, and with additional facilities at Takla Center - Charles Helou Blvd, Sin El Fil, Beirut, Lebanon, Caritas Lebanon delivers vital remedial and preventive healthcare through its extensive network of medical and social centers and mobile clinics. The organization prioritizes social work to uphold the dignity of the most vulnerable, establishing specialized centers and projects for disadvantaged children and those with specific needs, as well as dedicated activities for the elderly. Caritas Lebanon also extends crucial humanitarian aid to migrants and actively advocates for human rights in collaboration with Lebanese authorities, UN agencies, embassies, and international delegations.
