The Khartoum Medical Students Association (KMSA) is the official representative body for students of the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Khartoum, established in 1954. KMSA organizes all forms of student activity within the college and represents students both inside and outside the university. The association is concerned with all aspects related to students, including the development and upgrading of academic and non-academic aspects, providing professional development opportunities, sponsoring the social aspects of students, and developing cultural and sports aspects as well.

Located at El Qasr Ave, Khartoum, Sudan, Khartoum Medical Students Association plays a significant role in Sudanese society by organizing health education activities for all segments of society. This is achieved through organizing health education campaigns and running convoys and treatment days that reach the farthest parts of Sudan, providing free, high-quality medical services, and raising health awareness in the community.
