Australian Women in Wine achieves its mission through engagement, education, encouragement, empowerment, and a focus on equality. As an initiative of The Fabulous Ladies’ Wine Society, Australian Women in Wine is guided by an advisory board of industry leaders known as the AWIW Action Board, ensuring impactful action and progress. The organization's commitment to excellence was recognized with the 2022 Excellence in Action Award at the Australian Wine Industry Awards.
