Kanyana Wildlife

Kanyana Wildlife is dedicated to the protection and care of Western Australia's most threatened native wildlife. Located in the Perth Hills, Kanyana Wildlife operates a rehabilitation center for sick, injured, orphaned, and displaced animals. The organization also provides comprehensive training and education for community and corporate groups, fostering a deeper understanding of conservation needs.

Kanyana Wildlife actively engages in breeding programs, successfully breeding bilbies at the Lesmurdie facility and participating in nationwide gene exchange programs. These animals are relocated across Australia for release or to enhance the genetic diversity of breeding populations. Education is a core component of Kanyana's mission, achieved through outreach visits, tours, interactive displays, and specialized training programs.
