Cargo iQ is dedicated to enhancing the air cargo industry through the establishment and implementation of quality standards worldwide. As an IATA interest group, Cargo iQ operates as a not-for-profit membership organization, supported by IATA and comprising over 80 major stakeholders including airlines, freight forwarders, ground-handling agents, trucking companies, and IT solution providers globally.

Cargo iQ members collaborate to maintain a system of shipment planning and performance monitoring for air cargo, utilizing common business processes and milestones. The Master Operating Plan (MOP) is central to this system, detailing the standard end-to-end process for transporting air cargo efficiently. With its primary address in Geneva, CH, at 33, route de l'Aéroport, Cargo iQ continues to drive improvements and set benchmarks in the air cargo sector.
