Yesodot

Yesodot is a leading think tank committed to addressing Israel's economic and social challenges. Founded in 2019 by the Kibbutz Movement, the Moshav Movement, the Association of Kibbutz Economic Organizations, and the Berl Katznelson Foundation, Yesodot focuses on advancing public policy design in Israel. This is achieved through the development of practical policy tools grounded in thorough analysis and evaluation, aimed at effective implementation across governmental, public, and media arenas.

Yesodot is dedicated to training public servants involved in economic and social public policy. Its activities are rooted in practical Zionism and the values it serves, based on the fundamental principles of social Zionism: solidarity, state involvement in the economy with responsibility for the welfare and prosperity of all citizens, strengthening cooperative activity, and a constant pursuit of greater social and economic equality.
