Operating as the regional research and education network, UbuntuNet Alliance focuses on delivering advanced networking infrastructure to support research, teaching, and learning initiatives.

With a strong commitment to fostering collaboration and innovation, UbuntuNet Alliance connects a network of 13 National Research and Education Networks (NRENs). A significant portion of these NRENs are directly connected to the Alliance's Routing Hub in London, which maintains a crucial link to GEANT, the pan-European academic network.
