The Network of Future-Ready Journalists (NFJ) is dedicated to empowering the next generation of journalists. By providing practical skills, ethical guidance, and real-world exposure, NFJ ensures that student journalists are well-prepared to excel in the dynamic media landscape. Based in Ikeja, Lagos, the Network of Future-Ready Journalists operates as a leadership project under the esteemed Female Reporters Leadership Programme (FRLP), managed by the Wole Soyinka Centre for Investigative Journalism (WSCIJ).

Located at No 35B Abraham Akinola Street, Ikeja, Lagos, NFJ focuses on equipping young journalists with the tools and knowledge necessary to thrive in today's media environment. Through comprehensive training and mentorship programs, the Network of Future-Ready Journalists supports student journalists in developing strong ethical foundations and professional expertise.
