By addressing Adverse Childhood/Community Experiences (ACEs) through sports mentoring, TackleLondon aims to provide crucial support and opportunities to young Londoners, especially those in communities facing increased levels of poverty, neglect, and social disadvantage.

TackleLondon works directly with schools and local grassroots rugby clubs to establish a continuous pathway of mentoring with trusted adults. This includes educational support through rugby sessions, mentoring, and personal development workshops integrated into the school day. The community outreach program extends this support by engaging with young people who may not have previously accessed rugby, providing comprehensive trauma-informed training to coaches and volunteers. TackleLondon creates safe spaces and community hubs where all members can experience the transformative power of a supportive environment.
