In the 23/24 season, FC Masar's women's team secured both the Egyptian League and Egyptian Cup titles, earning a spot in the CAF Champions League and achieving a historic third-place finish. FC Masar's Women's team continued their success in the 24/25 season also winning the Egyptian League and competing in the CAF Champions League. Meanwhile, FC Masar's men's team achieved consecutive promotions from Division III to Division II of the Egyptian League in the 23/24 season and from Division II to to the Pro League in the 24/25 season.
