By enabling a vibrant, accessible, and competitive semiconductor design environment, as well as fostering a digital marketplace for IC design know-how and services, the platform offers access to commercial and open-source EDA tools and IP. Furthermore, it integrates with European pilot lines for chip fabrication, packaging, and testing, while also providing crucial training, mentoring, and startup acceleration programs.
