Established to provide futures pricing for Middle East National Oil Companies, with Oman (Shareholder) and Dubai leveraging the GME Oman daily marker price for crude exports to Asia, alongside Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Bahrain incorporating these prices into their export pricing methodologies.
