Following the mission of FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology), Caelum aims to engage young people in mentor-based programs that build science, engineering, and technology skills. The mission and vision of Caelum, an independent robotics team (Team 9409), are aligned with introducing Turkey's leading youth to the FIRST Robotics Competition. The organization prepares them for university and future careers, helping them become effective problem-solvers. The goal is to excite young people about the opportunities and rewards in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) fields.

Caelum operates as a student-led and student-focused team, with experienced mentors providing essential support, encouragement, guidance, and training.
