Souq Shati Al Hafa is a landmark retail destination in Oman, developed by ASAAS (Muscat National Development & Investment Company). Souq Shati Al Hafa is poised to become one of the most significant attractions in the Dhofar Governorate and a premier tourist destination in the nation.

The Souq Shati Al Hafa Waterfront Project aims to seamlessly integrate retail, dining, and entertainment experiences. This development encompasses over 50,000 square metres, featuring a heritage souq that incorporates regional architectural design elements. The project will replace the current souq with a semi-enclosed heritage lifestyle souq and shopping promenade, offering a curated selection of merchandise.

Implemented in partnership with the Office of the Minister of State and Governor of Dhofar, represented by Dhofar Municipality, Souq Shati Al Hafa will house numerous small and medium-sized businesses, catering to the diverse needs of its visitors. This retail destination is set to enhance the tourism and heritage attractions of Salalah.
