VOICES - Making Young Researchers' Voices Heard for Gender Equality is a leading research organization dedicated to enhancing gender equality within the research and innovation sectors. Operating from its primary headquarters in Brussels, BE, VOICES is committed to increasing the visibility of inequalities faced by Young Researchers and Innovators (YRIs).

Through its work as a COST Action CA20137, funded by the EU, VOICES fosters a sustainable dialogue between YRIs and key stakeholders, including European and national policymakers, senior researchers, and academic managers. VOICES actively creates a community of gender equality practitioners composed of various stakeholders across Europe, thereby promoting systemic change and institutional support.
