EOSC4Cancer

EOSC4Cancer is at the forefront of accelerating data-driven cancer research on a European scale. As a pivotal EU project, EOSC4Cancer is dedicated to making diverse types of cancer data accessible, including genomics, imaging, medical, clinical, environmental, and socio-economic information.

The organization enhances federated and interoperable systems to securely identify, share, process, and reuse FAIR data across borders. These systems are offered via community-driven analysis environments, ensuring well-curated data sets that are essential for reproducible and robust analytics and computational methods, including machine learning and artificial intelligence. EOSC4Cancer’s commitment extends to covering the patient journey from cancer prevention through diagnosis to treatment, laying the foundation of data trajectories and workflows for future European Cancer Mission projects.

With a consortium of 29 organizations from 13 countries, EOSC4Cancer leverages research infrastructures and the EOSC ecosystem to ensure sustainable developments. The initiative actively engages with large international coalitions and patient/survivor associations, serving the European Cancer Mission.
