Rehabilitation Based on Hybrid Exoskeleton
REHYB Horizon 2020 EU Project is dedicated to advancing the field of research services through innovative approaches and cutting-edge technologies. Focused on rehabilitation and the development of hybrid exoskeletons, REHYB Horizon 2020 EU Project is committed to enhancing the quality of life for individuals through groundbreaking research and development initiatives.
The ReHyb project is at the forefront of creating a hybrid upper-limb exoskeleton, utilizing advanced sensing and actuation capabilities to generate a digital twin of the user. This sophisticated system employs an advanced cognitive system to interface with the digital twin, enabling intelligent planning and control of the hybrid exoskeleton. The goal is to create a control system that is deeply attuned to the user's neuromechanical and psychological status, providing intelligent assistance with motion.
REHYB Horizon 2020 EU Project continually strives to predict user behavior and develop personalized interaction strategies by leveraging digitized knowledge. The hybrid approach of combining a powered exoskeleton with Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES) on the user’s arm and hand allows for assistive interaction at both behavioral and muscle levels. This leads to increased interaction efficacy by improving the user model and the wearability of the system, while advanced control algorithms ensure the safe and robust execution of all interaction strategies. We invite the manager of REHYB Horizon 2020 EU Project to create a customized and exclusive company showcase and product listing on our platform to further highlight these achievements.
