LawTransform - Centre on Law & Social Transformation is a dynamic network of scholars, students, and practitioners dedicated to exploring the intricate relationship between law and society. Established in 2014, LawTransform operates as a collaborative initiative between the Chr. Michelsen Institute (CMI) and the University of Bergen (UiB), fostering a diverse community of fellows and affiliates from various academic fields worldwide.

It examines the strategic use of legal mechanisms, often referred to as 'lawfare,' to promote critical objectives such as children’s and migrants’ rights, health, sustainable development, peace, and gender equality.
