Si një organizatë shkencore, e pavarur dhe jo-fitimprurëse, ISEE-HSP sjell një përvojë të gjerë në mbështetjen e zhvillimit dhe forcimit të shkencave shëndetësore dhe infermierike në të gjithë Evropën Juglindore. Kjo arrihet përmes bashkëpunimit, koordinimit dhe mbështetjes së aktiviteteve me institucionet e tjera universitare që operojnë në këtë fushë thelbësore.
