H-Work Project

H-Work Project is dedicated to advancing mental health initiatives within small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and public workplaces. Through the design, implementation, and validation of effective multi-level assessment and intervention toolkits, H-Work Project aims to enhance both individual and organizational outcomes through adopted measures, providing innovative products and services.

The core actions of H-Work Project include the development and validation of protocols for evaluating psychosocial risk factors in the workplace. The company tests and validates a range of multi-level interventions, as well as develops protocols to verify and monitor the procedural aspects of interventions and their economic impact on participating organizations. H-Work Project is committed to making a significant difference in workplace mental health.

H-Work Project benefits from funding through the European Union’s Horizon 2020 Research and Innovation program and is coordinated by Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna (Italy). The project's implementation phase spans across five European countries: Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Germany, and the Czech Republic, involving public health sector organizations, academic and governmental bodies, as well as small and medium enterprises.
