CREDS is dedicated to accelerating research initiatives focused on the transition towards sustainable businesses and societies. As an integral part of Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences’ (HINN) commitment to the Inland innovation ecosystem, CREDS contributes to the creation of new knowledge, facilitates knowledge-sharing, and drives development processes in close collaboration with businesses throughout the region. Located at Strandvegen 3, Kongsvinger, Innlandet 2212, NO, CREDS strengthens HINN's dedication to both sustainability and digitalization, further enhancing the academic standards within the institution.

CREDS conducts multidisciplinary and applied research to address the complex challenges inherent in the green and digital transformation. The center's activities are specifically designed to support both private and public sectors in navigating these challenges. By fostering collaboration at the individual, industry, and societal levels, CREDS helps businesses contribute meaningfully to sustainable practices and digital advancements.

Working closely with the business sector regionally in Kongsvinger and Innlandet, as well as nationally, CREDS facilitates knowledge exchange related to both the digital and green transitions.
