Young European Leadership (YEL)’s international team is composed of young people who, together with other Young European Leaders on all levels, jointly work on shaping their generation’s and Europe’s future for the better. YEL actively recruits and trains the European Union delegations to the official young G7/G20 outreach programs and participates in numerous international conferences to provide young people the opportunity to present their concerns and contribute critical and innovative policy input. The organization is at the forefront of promoting new forms of engagement and connecting aspiring leaders directly with senior decision-makers through initiatives such as the Young European Council and Eat & Meet.
