PANORAMED

PANORAMED is a leading governance platform dedicated to strengthening and developing multilateral cooperation frameworks across the Mediterranean region. Since its inception in 2017, PANORAMED has been instrumental in fostering joint responses to common challenges and opportunities, establishing itself as a pivotal entity within Axis 4 of the Interreg MED Programme. With a robust network of 21 partners from 12 European countries, PANORAMED facilitates a permanent dialogue between national and regional public authorities, alongside strategic key stakeholders.

Through the establishment of transnational thematic working groups, PANORAMED actively identifies shared policy approaches and strategic top-down projects, focusing on three critical themes: Coastal & Maritime Sustainable Tourism, Maritime Surveillance, and Innovation. These strategic projects are designed as multilevel initiatives, implemented by partners who are capable of influencing and refining policies, thus driving territorial development and highlighting exemplary regional cooperation.

PANORAMED implements its projects following an integrated, inclusive, and participative approach, ensuring that the projects facilitate the launch and reinforcement of broader processes that benefit all participating territories. All actions converge toward a common objective of territorial development and showcase good examples of regional cooperation.
