The Indigenous Primary Health Care Council (IPHCC) is dedicated to supporting the advancement and evolution of Indigenous health care service provision and planning throughout Ontario. As an Indigenous-governed, culture-based, and Indigenous-informed organization, IPHCC is committed to enhancing the well-being of Indigenous communities through comprehensive and culturally sensitive health care solutions.

Located in Toronto, ca, the Indigenous Primary Health Care Council promotes high-quality care provision through the Model of Wholistic Health and Wellbeing. With a focus on a population needs-based approach to health care planning and Indigenous-informed evaluation approaches, IPHCC strives to scale leading practices for excellence in Indigenous health. The council supports Indigenous organizations providing services to Indigenous people, including those living on and off reserve, status, non-status, Inuit, and Metis within Ontario.
