The organization's pilot program, VOYA Future Leaders, is a 7-week journey designed to address this challenge, providing mentorship, skill-building opportunities in areas like AI and financial literacy, and a platform for entrepreneurial thinking and impact creation. The focus is on cultivating voice, ownership, and a commitment to youth in action.

VOYA Future Leaders’ mission is to equip the future generation with the tools and confidence to shape their own destinies. They serve high-school students aged 14-17, fostering a community where self-awareness and belief in individual abilities are paramount.
