As a division of Elementartraining, act & protect® Academy focuses on combating sexualized violence, including sexism, stereotypes, sexual harassment, and abuse of power. The Academy listens, educates, raises awareness, and provides support through advanced training, empowerment initiatives, and the development of protection concepts designed to foster violence-free structures and cultures.

act & protect® Academy collaborates with companies and organizations to address the multifaceted nature of sexualized violence, which is strictly prohibited in the workplace. Recognizing that over 50% of employees have experienced sexual harassment at work, the Academy confronts demonstrations of discrimination, devaluation, hierarchy, power imbalances, dependency, and competition. By working together, act & protect® Academy helps ensure that workplaces are safe, constructive, and productive.
