ANALYST Project is dedicated to strengthening the integrated approach of holistic impact assessments for sustainable plastic value chains. With a focus on accelerating the transition towards safer and more sustainable industrial practices, ANALYST aims to expand the existing knowledge base surrounding the safe and sustainable by design (SSbD) framework. ANALYST Project develops and implements key innovations to drive forward the New Industrial Strategy for Europe, the Circular Economy Action Plan, and the Chemicals Strategy for Sustainability (CSS), aligning fully with the European Commission's Green Deal for cleaner and more climate-neutral industrial value chains.

ANALYST Project's comprehensive approach involves the creation of robust methodologies and guidelines for integrative health, environmental, social, and economic impact assessments of PVC materials at both EU and global scales through the ANALYST-BOX innovation. The ANALYST-DIGI innovation provides an open platform intended to embed the digital multi-criteria decision-making support tool (DMDMS) and a wealth of resources, including validation program results, training materials, and communication tools. This platform leverages a cohesive and interoperable database, combining various data sources to enhance decision-making processes.

Furthermore, ANALYST Project includes a validation program, ANALYST-T-PACK, covering the entire PVC value chain through different use cases in the automotive and construction sectors. By supporting impact-based informed investment decisions and the SSbD framework, ANALYST empowers the industrial sector to achieve a paradigm shift towards inherently safe and sustainable chemicals, materials, and products.
