For over 30 years, Aviation Sans Frontières has been at the forefront of delivering critical aid and support. Partnering with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations, Aviation Sans Frontières leverages its resources, expertise, and the aviation skills of its members to address humanitarian causes through various impactful initiatives.

Aviation Sans Frontières excels in operating essential aircraft missions using Cessna Caravan planes based in Africa. These missions facilitate the transport of humanitarian aid, urgent medical evacuations, and provide logistical support to over 180 associations and NGOs, including esteemed organizations such as the FAO, PAM, UNICEF, and WHO. Additionally, Aviation Sans Frontières coordinates the safe transport of children in need of urgent medical care, transporting refugees, and managing medical and humanitarian freight to dispensaries, orphanages, and leprosariums.

Aviation Sans Frontières extends its operations within France, partnering with 21 aero-clubs to offer socially isolated children and adolescents, as well as young people with disabilities, the opportunity to experience flight through 'Les Ailes du Sourire' or explore aviation careers with specialized IT tools.
