Premium pads are available internationally, with profits supporting work in the rural sector. Through the Pad for Pad program, for every Eco Femme washable cloth pad sold outside India, one is donated to a girl in rural India. Eco Femme also subsidizes cloth pads for economically disadvantaged women through the Pads for Sisters program.
