Since its inception in 2015, the Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative has supported over 1,000 Fellows from Latin America, the Caribbean, and Canada. These Fellows have expanded their leadership and entrepreneurial skills through fellowships at businesses and organizations throughout the United States. The YLAI Entrepreneurial Leadership Curriculum and individualized professional placements accelerate the success of commercial and social ventures.
