Youth in Technology and Engineering Organization (YITEISM) is a dynamic non-profit organization dedicated to empowering youth through Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education. Registered under the Non-Governmental Organizations Act of Tanzania, YITEISM fosters challenge-driven innovation and engineering solutions for multidisciplinary fields, preparing young individuals for the demands of the industrial revolution and societal needs. Our mission centers around recognizing youth as vital agents of change and providing them with the skills, experience, and opportunities to thrive. Located primarily in Ilala, Samora Avenue, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, YITEISM prioritizes health and wellbeing, education, employment, equality, and civic participation for all, with a particular focus on including women and persons with disabilities in STEM practices.
