Yfoundations focuses on five key foundations vital to the growth and development of young people: Safety and Stability, Home and Place, Health and Wellness, Connections and Participation, and Education and Employment. By addressing these foundational elements, Yfoundations empowers young individuals to build brighter, more productive futures. Yfoundations collaborates with members, NGOs, government departments, and community members to provide essential services, policy advocacy, health projects, and sector development.
