The Female Connection is a dynamic non-profit organization committed to building a strong network between international and Danish women in Esbjerg. Through attractive activities and an ambassador mentorship program, The Female Connection fosters a supportive community where women feel genuinely at home. Our activities are based on two pillars: facilitating attractive activities that Danish and international women find appealing and cultivating a community through an ambassador mentorship program.
