TAHMEF is dedicated to providing vital, stigma-free mental health support to Tanzanian youth through innovative digital services and impactful outreach programs. Located in Mikocheni, Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania, TAHMEF collaborates with the Tanzanian Government Ministry of Health to develop digital mental health solutions, including mobile apps and telemedicine platforms, aimed at enhancing accessibility and reaching underserved areas. Furthermore, TAHMEF delivers hybrid in-person and digital mental health services, encompassing education, therapy, screenings, community outreach workshops, and awareness campaigns designed to reduce stigma and facilitate early intervention.
