STEM Impact Center Kenya

STEM Impact Center Kenya is dedicated to advancing science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education throughout Kenya. The organization focuses on increasing the number of students, particularly women and minorities, who pursue science and technology innovations, courses, and career pathways. STEM Impact Center Kenya aims to inspire students to explore STEM subjects and acquire critical 21st-century skills through hands-on applications.

Based in Nairobi, with a primary location at 12 Masaba Road, Upperhill, STEM Impact Center Kenya provides a mobile lab that serves as a creative space and resource center for learners and educators. This initiative allows them to explore science, technologies, mathematics, engineering, computer science, creative coding, and physical computing, fostering a deeper understanding and passion for STEM fields.

STEM Impact Center Kenya also works to enhance the capacity of teachers to mentor students in STEM-related fields and strengthen the local community's engagement in STEM. This is achieved through stakeholder sensitization involving parents, teachers, community leaders, and the Ministry of Education.
