Formed in 2013 from a successful town center partnership, Southend City BID operates as the Business Improvement District (BID) Company for Southend. After two successful terms, businesses voted overwhelmingly for Southend City BID to continue its work for a third term, running from April 2023 to March 2028, ensuring Southend capitalizes on its new city status.
