Founded in 2012 by Human Aid And Development NGO "HAND Organization", Sahim Initiative focuses on delivering essential relief shipments containing aid, clothing, food, medical supplies, and toys to those in need.

Driven by a commitment to meeting the diverse needs of Syrian refugees, Sahim Initiative provides fundamental necessities such as food, clothing, blankets, and medical care. The organization also prioritizes educational support for schools and educational centers, ensuring that children have access to learning opportunities even in challenging circumstances. Operating primarily from its headquarters in Dubai, AE, Sahim Initiative coordinates extensive relief efforts to reach affected populations.

In 2019, the "Sahim Exhibition" in Lebanon showcased the organization's dedication to distributing donations effectively, providing clothing, toys, shoes, medical supplies, and school stationery to 33,159 individuals.
