Located at 35 Congress St, Salem, Massachusetts 01970, US, Root’s Youth Workforce Development Program is a cornerstone of its mission, offering a 14-week immersive experience in culinary arts, workforce readiness, and social-emotional learning.

Root’s commitment extends beyond training, with social enterprises such as Catering by Root, HarborPoint event space, and the Community Catering initiative providing further training and employment avenues for its graduates.
