Pennsylvania Association of School Retirees (PASR)

The Pennsylvania Association of School Retirees (PASR) is dedicated to serving the needs of all individuals who have retired from Pennsylvania's public schools. Established in 1937, PASR stands as a pioneering non-profit voluntary membership organization with a rich history, having contributed to the establishment of the National Retired Teachers’ Association in 1947 and AARP in 1958.

PASR's mission is centered on providing support to those in need and fostering a fulfilling retirement for its members. Comprising former teachers, administrators, counselors, nurses, secretaries, aides, bus drivers, cafeteria workers, maintenance staff, and all who receive a pension from the Pennsylvania School Employees Retirement System (PSERS), PASR offers a comprehensive network of support and camaraderie.
