Operation Freedom Paws

Operation Freedom Paws is a leading non-profit organization dedicated to empowering veterans, children, and individuals with disabilities to reclaim their freedom and enhance their quality of life. Founded in 2010, Operation Freedom Paws provides a comprehensive 48-week training program that pairs clients with rescued dogs, teaching them to become certified service dog teams. This unique approach not only saves the lives of shelter dogs but also provides invaluable support for individuals coping with PTSD, traumatic brain injuries, depression, seizures, mobility issues, and other challenges.

Operation Freedom Paws is committed to offering its services at no cost to clients, ensuring that everyone has access to the resources they need to thrive. The organization's holistic approach includes mental health therapy, veterinarian visits, physical rehabilitation equipment, temporary housing, transportation, and a safe, supportive community that extends far beyond the initial training period.
