LWAH is a distinguished non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with special needs. Founded in 1984, LWAH operates with the core mission of fostering dignity, independence, and productivity among its beneficiaries, actively promoting their engagement within the broader society. LWAH’s unwavering commitment to its cause is reflected in its vision of “turning disability into ability.”

Located in Sarafand, Lebanon, LWAH provides comprehensive medical and rehabilitation services through its network of centers, including the main center in Sarafand and additional centers in Beirut, Tyre, and Baalbek. With a special consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council since 2000, LWAH has consistently demonstrated its dedication to serving more than 340 patients daily, with over 39,000 registered patients benefiting from its diverse programs.
