International Youth Alliance for Peace

The International Youth Alliance for Peace (IYAP) is dedicated to fostering a world that embraces mutual respect and understanding. Founded in 2013, the organization brings together a dynamic network of young people committed to sustainable social development. Located at No 30/3 Kalyani Road Pamankada Wellawatte, Colombo, Western Province 006, LK, The International Youth Alliance for Peace operates as a volunteer-run and youth-led entity, guided by both a National Committee and an Advisory Committee, all serving on a voluntary basis.

IYAP provides extensive capacity-building opportunities, including leadership, communication, public speaking, and event management. These skills are imparted through structured training and development programs, designed to cultivate capable leaders for the future. The International Youth Alliance for Peace is deeply involved in various initiatives such as community engagement, international volunteer programs, awareness and advocacy, media training, and the promotion of social entrepreneurship.
