ශ්රී ලංකා කළමනාකරණ ආයතනය (IMSL) ශ්රී ලංකාව තුළ වෘත්තීය කළමනාකරණය ප්රවර්ධනය කිරීම සඳහා කැපවී සිටින ජාතික මට්ටමේ ආයතනය වේ. 1988 දෙසැම්බර් 17 වන දින පාර්ලිමේන්තු පනත අංක 67 මගින් සංස්ථාපනය කරන ලද IMSL, 1986 ජූලි 31 වන දින ආරම්භ වූ දා සිට කළමනාකරණ විශිෂ්ටත්වයේ පදනම වී ඇත.
IMSL ආසියානු කළමනාකරණ සංවිධාන සංගමයේ (AAMO) විශිෂ්ට සාමාජිකයෙකු වන අතර, මෙම කීර්තිමත් ජාත්යන්තර ජාලය තුළ ශ්රී ලංකාව නියෝජනය කිරීමට ආඩම්බර වේ. ආයතනය සභාපති, උප සභාපතිවරුන් හතර දෙනෙකු, ලේකම්වරයෙකු, සහකාර ලේකම්වරයෙකු, භාණ්ඩාගාරිකවරයෙකු සහ සාමාජිකයින් 15 දෙනෙකුගෙන් යුත් කමිටුවක මඟ පෙන්වීම යටතේ ක්රියාත්මක වන අතර ශක්තිමත් නායකත්වයක් සහ පාලනයක් සහතික කරයි. ශ්රී ලංකා කළමනාකරණ ආයතනයේ ප්රධාන ලිපිනය වන්නේ අංක 101 C3/1, ආර්.ඒ.ද මෙල් මාවත, කොළඹ 03, බස්නාහිර පළාත 00300, ශ්රී ලංකාව යි.
