The International Association of Students in Agricultural and Related Sciences (IAAS) is a global organization uniting students who share a passion for agriculture and related sciences. Since its founding in 1957, IAAS has significantly impacted agricultural education by training and empowering thousands of students and professionals across various biological science fields. IAAS operates as a non-governmental youth organization, independent of any international, governmental, religious, or political affiliations.
IAAS draws its strength from diverse disciplines, including general agriculture, plant and animal production, agricultural economics, food sciences, forestry, landscape architecture, and environmental sciences. With over 10,000 students across more than 150 local committees in over 50 countries, IAAS fosters a vibrant network of future leaders.
