Established in 2001, HOPE Cape Town provides crucial medical care, counseling, social services, training, development, education, and empowerment to help individuals reach their full potential. HOPE Cape Town operates from multiple locations, including its primary address at 54 Vuurlelie Crescent, Delft, Western Cape 7100, ZA, as well as Francie Van Zijl Drive, Office 8124 and the 7th floor, in Cape Town, Western Cape.

Through various community development projects and international partnerships, HOPE Cape Town addresses critical issues such as HIV, AIDS, and TB, while also focusing on early childhood development and entrepreneurial skills. HOPE Cape Town has signed a MOU with the Southern-African - German Chamber of Commerce & Industry to provide vocational training and entrepreneurial skill's development. The "Bavarian House" located on the campus "The Nex - Indawo Yethu" in Delft serves as a hub for these programs, offering boardroom and classroom rentals to companies seeking a unique and safe township experience.
